Meet the Teachers

Mrs. Tarren Maines

My name is Tarren and I have been a certified teacher for 8+ years. I have a Bachelor's of Science - Degree of Education from Texas State University. I have taught Kinder, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade! I have taught in both Texas and Colorado. My family and I just moved to Pueblo this past December. My husband accepted a job here and we anxiously accepted the opportunity looking forward to a new adventure in CO. I am a mother of 4 children. I have an 11 year old daughter Trinity, 2 1/2 year old twin boys William and Wyatt and an 8 month old daughter named Emma. I am a proud wife, teacher, and mother and look forward to meeting you and your family and meeting the needs of your family and child. I am excited about this new adventure in life and that I am able to stay home with my children until they reach school age. I hope to love on and teach your child as if they are my own. 

 

Mrs. Megan Hart

My name is Megan Hart. I was born and raised in Pueblo. I received my Liberal Arts Elementary Education teaching degree from Colorado State University- Pueblo. I have been teaching for 4 years all of which was 3rd grade at Chavez Huerta Preparatory Academy. I am married to my Junior High School Sweetheart! Together we have two sons, Troy who will be 3 at the beginning of the school year and Kace who is 7 months old. After having my second son I decided that I don't want to miss out on these very special years before they enter kindergarten. For that reason, I have chosen to switch careers. Now, I can be home with my boys but still be able to help foster learning in other children.  I look forward to working with your family.
